Alex Kharouba

Principal

Alex has over 10+ years in real estate development, business operations, and sales. Uniquely experienced in executing the investment mandate starting from pre-acquisition strategy of properties through to operations management, monitoring, re-structuring, sales and exits totalling over $150 million with individual assets ranging from $1M - $15M. 

His work has spanned asset management in real estate to funding in public-private partnerships in infrastructure projects during his time at the Canada Foundation for Innovation. The investments ranged from $400K to $200 million which were deployed in the construction of hospitals, equipment and research institutions for the commercialization of technology. 

He is currently a licensed real estate sales professional with the Toronto Real Estate Board and received his BCom. with a Specialization in Accounting from the University of Ottawa. His passion for entrepreneurship has led to direct/indirect involvement with startups such as being an early investor in Blockthrough, a Toronto based ad-tech company.
